Product Details：

  1. Raw material: ZC6-10takes soil or soil +cement as raw material. The raw material ratio is depended by the ingredient of the soil and your quality requirements.
  2. Function: ZC6-10 is designed to produce interlocking soil bricks and paving blocks. It can produce different shpaes brick by channging the molds. And we also accept brick size customization.
  3. Production capacity: The standard brick size is 300*150*100mm (L*W*H). A skilled worker can produce about 11520 pieces brick in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The brick production process as following, crush soil, sieve soil, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing bricks, moving bricks to curing area. 5 worker will be enough for the produce of the bricks.
