Zhengchen 2-25 is a small sized hydraulic interlocking soil brick making machine. It  takes soil and cement as raw material. Lots of different shapes bricks can be produced  by changing mould.

Product Details：

  1. Raw material: ZC2-25 takes soil or soil +cement as raw material. The raw material ratio is depended by the ingredient of the soil and your quality requirements.
  2. Function: ZC2-25 is designed to produce interlocking soil bricks and paving blocks. It can produce different shpaes brick by channging the molds. And we also accept brick size customization.
  3. Production capacity: The standard brick size is 300*150*100mm (L*W*H). A skilled worker can produce about 2880 pieces brick in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The brick production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing bricks, moving bricks to curing area. 4 worker will be enough for the produce of the bricks. There is also some solution to enhance the production capacity. For example, integratingusing the soil crusher, soil screen, pan mixer, conveyor belt and brick machine to a production line.
  5. Automation level: ZC2-25 is a semi automatic brick mache.
  6. Moulding technology：ZC2-25 adops hydraulic moulding technology which can enhance the strength of the bricks.
  7. Power source: ZC2-25 can be powered by both diesel engine or electric motor. You can confirm the option on base of your actual situation. Mostly customers choose diesel engine to power the machine as of the convenience.
  8. Other features: We accept many customization, such as adding wheels to this machine.
