QT40-2 is a small sized concrete block machine. It is famous among customers because of its cheap price, multi-function, easy operation and maintenance. Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QT40-2 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone powder, volcanic ash, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QT40-2 is designed to produce concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, paving block and curbstone. One set block machine can produce different shpaes block by channging the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: A skilled worker can produce about 3200 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing blocks and moving the blocks to curing area. 4 worker will be needed to produce the blocks. In order to reduced need for staff and enhance the production capacity, a pan mixer will be needed.
  5. Automation level: QT40-2 is a manual block machine.
  6. Moulding technology：QT40-2 adopts vibration moulding technology. The two bottom vibrators and one top vibrator guarantee the good strength of the blocks.
  7. Power source: QT40-2 is powered by electric motor.
  8. Other features: QT40-2 can be powered by three phase power or single phase power. This is a good news for the place where three pahse power is unavailabl. You can choose it on base of your actual situation.
