QT40-1 is a small sized concrete block production line. It can produce different concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, paving block and curbstone by changing the moulds. The production capacity of 400*150*200mm hollow block is 3600 pieces in eight hours. This block produce line can be powered by single phase power. It is a good news for the places where three pahse power is unavailable.

Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QT40-1 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone dust, coal gangue, volcanic ash, construction waste, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QT40-1 is designed to produce concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, paving block and curbstone. One set block machine can produce different shpaes block by channging the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: A skilled worker can produce about 3600 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing blocks and moving the blocks to curing area. 5 worker will be needed to produce the blocks.
  5. Automation level: QT40-1 is a semi automatic concrete block machine.
  6. Moulding technology：QT40-1 adopts vibration moulding technology. The two bottom vibrators and one top vibrator guarantee the good strength of the blocks.
