QT4-25 is a small sized automatic concrete block production line. It adopts hydraulic moulding technology. Concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, colored paving block and curbstone can be produced by changing the mould.

Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QT4-25 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone dust, coal gangue, volcanic ash, construction waste, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QT4-25 is designed to produce concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, colored paving block and curbstone. One set block machine can produce different shpaes block by channging the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: This concrete block machine can produce about 5760 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, feeding pallets, pressing blocks and moving the blocks to curing area. 3 worker will be needed to produce the blocks (one person mix raw material and feed pallet, one person operate the machine and one person transport the blocks to curing area).
  5. Automation level: QT4-25 is an automatic concrete block machine.
  6. Moulding technology：QT4-25 adopts hydraulic + vibration moulding technology. We can get the best quality blocks under the combination of hydraulic moulding technology and vibration technology.
  7. Power source: QT4-25 is powered by electric motor.
  8. Components of the full production line: Pan mixer, conveyor belt, block machine and stacker.
  9. Other features: QT4-25 is the smallest  hydraulic automatic block machine. This machine can add the color material feeding system to produce the paving blocks with color on the surface layer.
