Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QMC6-25 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone powder, volcanic ash, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QMC6-25 is designed to produce concrete hollow block and concrete solid block. One set block machine can produce different shapes block by changing the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: This concrete block machine can produce about 7,680 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing bricks. 3 worker will be enough for the production of the blocks. In order to reduced need for staff and enhance the production capacity, batching machine, cement silo, concrete mixer, wheel loader and block clapping machine will be needed.
