QT4-40D is a small sized diesel engine powered concrete block machine. It adopts hydraulic moulding technology and vibration moulding technology. Different hollow block, solid block, interlocking paving block and curbstone can be produced by changing the moulds.

Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QT4-30 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone powder, volcanic ash, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QT4-30 is designed to produce concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, paving block and curbstone. One set block machine can produce different shpaes block by channging the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: A skilled worker can produce about 3200 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing blocks and moving the blocks to curing area. 4 worker will be needed to produce the blocks. In order to reduced need for staff and enhance the production capacity, a pan mixer will be needed.
  5. Automation level: QT4-30 is a manual block machine.
  6. Moulding technology：QT4-30 adopts hydraulic + vibration moulding technology. We can get the best quality blocks under the combination of hydraulic moulding technology and vibration technology.
  7. Power source: QT4-30 is powered by diesel engine.
  8. Other features: QT4-30 can produce the paving block with color on the surface layer. The top block mould is controlled by the hydraulic system. So, we can lift the top mould and add color material after the paving block taken shape. For other small sized concrete block machines, they only can produce the paving blocks without color or with color all over.
  9. Who can purchase this model? This small sized machine is suitable for two people. The first one is middleman. The second one is entrepreneurs. They can open a small sized block factory to test the market.
