Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QMC2-45 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone powder, volcanic ash, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QMC2-45 is designed to produce concrete hollow block and concrete solid block. One set block machine can produce different shpaes block by channging the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: A skilled worker can produce about 960 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing bricks. 2 worker will be enough for the production of the blocks. In order to reduced need for staff and enhance the production capacity, you also can equip a pan mixer for the block machine.
  5. Automation level: QMC2-45 is a manual block machine.
  6. Moulding technology: QMC2-45 adopts vibration moulding technology. The front vibrator and top vibrator guarantee the good strength of the blocks.
  7. Power source: QMC2-45 can be powered by three pahse power or single phase power. This is a good news for the places where three pahse power is unavailable.
