Product Details：

  1. Raw material: QT4-24 takes cement, sand, flyash, rubble, slag, stone dust, coal gangue, volcanic ash, construction waste, water as raw material. You can choose the combination on base of the available raw material at your local area.
  2. Function: QT4-24 is designed to produce concrete hollow block, concrete solid block, paving block and curbstone. One set block machine can produce different shpaes block by channging the molds. And we also accept block size customization.
  3. Production capacity: A skilled worker can produce about 4000 pieces 400*150*200mm block in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The block production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing blocks and moving the blocks to curing area. 4 worker will be needed to produce the blocks.
  5. Automation level: QT4-24 is a semi automatic concrete block machine.
  6. Moulding technology：QT4-24 adopts vibration moulding technology. The top vibrator and bottom vibration box work together to guard the strength of the blocks.
  7. Power source: QT4-24 is powered by electric motor.
  8. Components of the full production line: Pan mixer, conveyor belt, block machine and stacker.
  9. Other features: QT4-24 is the smallest machine which can be equipped with stacker. The stacker has two positive effects. Firstly, it enhance the working efficiency moving the blocks to curing area. Secondly, the space requirement of the curing area is reduced.
