M7MI  twin is the upgrade of M7MI. It can produce different shapes interlocking soil bricks by changing the moulds. This is a diesel engine powered interlocking brick machine. It is equipped with wheels, so it is convenient to drag it from one construction site to another.

Product Details：

  1. Raw material: M7MI twin takes soil or soil +cement as raw material. The raw material ratio is depended by the ingredient of the soil and your quality requirements.
  2. Function: M7MI twin is designed to produce interlocking soil bricks and paving blocks. It can produce different shpaes brick by channging the molds. And we also accept brick size customization.
  3. Production capacity: The standard brick size is 300*150*100mm (L*W*H). M7MI twin has two working position. A skilled worker can produce about 3840 pieces brick in eight hours.
  4. Personnel requirement: The brick machine M7MI  twin combine feeding material loader and mixer. This design save manpower and enhance production efficiency. The brick production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing bricks, moving bricks to curing area. 6 worker will be enough for the produce of the bricks.
  5. Automation level: M7MI twin is a semi automatic brick mache.
  6. Moulding technology：M7MI twin adop hydraulic moulding technology which can enhance the strength of the bricks.
  7. Power source: M7MI twin can be powered by both diesel engine and three pahse motor. You can confirm the option on base of your actual situation. Mostly customers choose diesel engine to power the machine as of the convenience.
