1.Raw material: ZC1-40 take soil or soil +cement as raw material. The raw material ratio is depended by the ingredient of the soil and your quality requirements.
2.Function: ZC1-40 is designed to produce interlocking soil bricks. It can produce different shpaes brick by channging the molds. And we also accept brick size customization.
3.Production capacity: The standard brick size is 300*150*100mm (L*W*H). ZC1-40 produce one piece standard brick per cycle. A skilled worker can produce about 720 pieces brick in eight hours.
4.Personnel requirement: The brick production process as following, mixing raw material, feeding raw material, pressing bricks, moving bricks to curing area. One worker can finish all production steps by himself. However, the productivity is low in this condition. 3-4 workers working together will enhance the production efficiency largely.
5.Automation level: ZC1-40 doesn’t need any electricity or diesel power. It belongs to pure manual brick machine.
